In order to serve your penalty all you have to do is send a top-level comment in which you name a driver who did NOT get a penalty and come up with a good reason for why they should also be penalized.

Please use the following format:

Driver: <Lastname>
Reason: <a totally legit reason for why they should be penalized>

Small warning: some of you may fail to serve the penalty... in which case you may receive a different flair
